A Quiet Place to Read

I admit I was a bit hesitant in uploading this particular art project (YES, XD this was an actual art project/assignment). Not because I thought it'd get stolen or anything but mostly because I personally really liked this one. Its probably one of the few art pieces I've done that I didn't eventually start to dislike. So, I dunno, if people didn't really like it that much I'd be a little disappointed.

I'd always wanted to do a 'heavenly' picture type thing, so when this art project came around (we were supposed to basically do something with our 'anime character' that we made up for another project..) I grabbed the opportunity. It was incredibly time consuming from what I remember, and I distinctly remember PS crashing on me while I was doing Yetomé's hair. Not a great experience, the only way to salvage her was to print screen whatever could be seen. In the end it all worked out-though, I still feel its a bit incomplete because the clouds sorta just fade into orangey-peachyness.

Anyways, this is completely original, everything was done in photoshop 6.0. Err.. no stealing please? XD
